Hi Missy,

I really like your blog. Anyone who can knit is amazing. It is a skill I haven’t perfected. I have nominated you for the Liebster Blog Award. On my blog, I listed your blog and how you are able to nominate other bloggers. I really was amazed how great your tiramisu came out.

Missy, I love this new blog website… I was starting to worry about you. You needed something more to do with your life. Your kids are totally bias when it come to talking about you…that is disturbing.
Now, as your #1 Brother in Law, I can honestly say that you are amazing and I love you very much…now that is totally not bias…

Hi Missy! Such wonderful talent. I have never made a hat with a rolled brim. I read through your instructions and I am confused as to when I use the dp needles. Also on the remaining 48 sts, I decrease every round until 6 sts remain. Does this mean I do Rounds 1 through 6 and repeat Round 1 through 6 again? This is all new to me and I really appreciate your reply and thank you.

Hi Debbie,
Thank you for your comment. I will modify the instructions to state when to switch to the DP needles. When decreasing, change to dp needles once there are too few stitches on the circular needle to comfortably knit them. For the decreases, yes you continue rows 1-6 until 6 st remain, then tie off. Have fun, and please let me know how your hat turns out.

Hi Missy!
I discovered your blog by doing a search for a knitted roll brim hat pattern. What a delight to also find inspiration, tasty recipes and photography!!
I am digging out my stash of Homespun yarn leftovers and will sit in my sunroom (even though it is a drizzly day here) and make a baby roll brim hat for my little granddaughter Zoey. And later today I’m going to make the Guinness Shepherd’s Pie.
You’re bookmarked as one of my favourites!
Ciao for now.
